Booking Terms & Conditions – Adventure Small World Treks & Expedition
Deposit & Payment:
A deposit (percentage depends on trip) is required to confirm your booking and indicates your acceptance of these terms. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival and before the trip starts.
Date Change:
In some cases, we may transfer your deposit to a later trip, but this is not guaranteed or contractually obligated.
Cancellation by Us:
We will only cancel a trip due to unforeseen or exceptional circumstances (e.g. natural disaster, political unrest, war). In such cases, all payments made to us (including deposit) will be refunded. We are not responsible for other expenses like insurance, visas, or vaccinations.
Cancellation by You:
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after signing up. If you leave the trip early for personal reasons, no refund will be issued for unused days. You are responsible for any extra costs incurred due to changes outside our control (e.g. flight delays, itinerary adjustments).
Insurance:
You must have adequate insurance covering theft, personal accidents, medical expenses, cancellations, emergency evacuation, and repatriation.
Trip Information:
All provided materials (itinerary, flyers, info sheets) form part of your contract. Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, illness, or other unforeseeable events and are not guaranteed.
Validity & Legal:
Travelers must have valid passports and visas (valid at least 6 months beyond the trip). Advice given on travel matters is offered in good faith. You agree to follow your trip leader’s authority. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 15 days after the trip. These terms are governed by Nepalese law.
Acceptance:
By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these conditions.
